Where are CVG's cardiology offices located?

Cardiovascular Group has 11 cardiology offices across the greater Atlanta area and Gwinnett County, including locations in Lawrenceville, Buford, Dacula, Duluth, Gainesville, Grayson, Johns Creek, Loganville, Peachtree Corners, Snellville, and Suwanee, Georgia. Most offices are open Monday through Friday, 7am–5pm.

In many cases, you can contact CVG directly to request an appointment with one of our Gwinnett County cardiologists. However, some insurance plans do require a referral from your primary care physician. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or calling your nearest CVG office; our team is happy to help you navigate the process.

At your first visit, your CVG cardiologist will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and may order diagnostic tests such as an EKG or echocardiogram, many of which can be performed in-office the same day.
