Dr. Romm is from Woodmere, New York. He received his undergraduate degree at Queens College in Flushing, New York<. He attended medical school at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. His Internal Medicine residency was completed at the Miriam Hospital of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Romm finished his training in Interventional Cardiology at the Andreas Gruentzig Cardiovascular Center of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Romm is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. He is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia, the American Heart Association and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Romm’s special interests include: Cardiac Catheterization, Coronary Angioplasty, Intracoronary Stents, and the diagnosis and treatment of lipid disorders.
